WATERFRONT CITY:
A NEW CITY QUARTER IS BEING BORN

Waterfront City covers 5 hectares in the heart of Óbuda (District 3) near the Danube, in the area bordered by Folyamőr utca, Miklós tér and Bogdáni út.

The promenade will cross an area of 50,000 square metres and connect the project to Fő tér in Óbuda (located at a distance of 600 metres). This section of Óbuda Promenade starts from Kolosy tér. The international bicycle road also connects the project with Szentendre.

VALUES FROM THE PAST AND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FROM THE FUTURE

The unique atmosphere of Waterfront City will combine architectural values and ambiance from the past with today’s most innovative solutions. The building and the chimney of the former Óbuda Spirit Factory are refreshed with new features, thus emphasizing their characteristic appearance. After the reconstruction, the former factory building will offer commercial, catering and office services.

Residential buildings with green rooftops and huge parks with several smart functions provide a quality, friendly and loveable environment for conscious future home owners while also keeping in mind our responsibility towards the future.

In the first phase of Waterfront City, two 13-story buildings and one 9-story building will be built, with a total of 269 flats. In these buildings, with flats ranging from 28 m2 studio flats to 145 m2 penthouses with large terraces, everyone can find their ideal home. 92% of the flats have a terrace, and some of them have garden access.

In the second phase of Waterfront City, a total of 169 flats will be built in a 13-story building. Here, those seeking a new home can choose from a selection ranging from 26 m2 studio flats to 59 m2 three-room flats. The flats will be delivered in the first quarter of 2022. 80% of the flats have a terrace.

Our buildings will be taller than average (the 13-story and the 9-story buildings will be 45 and 34 metres high, respectively); therefore, the flats will offer an amazing panoramic view to the Buda Hills, the Óbudai-sziget, the Danube and the city.

The homes will typically have huge glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces. However, thanks to the ceiling heating and cooling system, the temperature will always be optimal. Storage rooms on the parking and residential floors can also be purchased together with the flats.

Parking will be possible in the dedicated indoor garage. On the ground floor, service provider units, catering units and commercial units, offices and a gym will be set up.
