WATERFRONT CITY:
A NEW CITY QUARTER IS BEING BORN

Waterfront City covers 5 hectares in the heart of Óbuda (District 3) near the Danube, in the area bordered by Folyamőr utca, Miklós tér and Bogdáni út.

The promenade will cross an area of 50,000 square metres and connect the project to Fő tér in Óbuda (located at a distance of 600 metres). This section of Óbuda Promenade starts from Kolosy tér. The international bicycle road also connects the project with Szentendre.

The unique atmosphere of Waterfront City will combine architectural values and ambiance from the past with today’s most innovative solutions. The building and the chimney of the former Óbuda Spirit Factory are refreshed with new features, thus emphasizing their characteristic appearance. After the reconstruction, the former factory building will offer commercial, catering and office services.

Residential buildings with green rooftops and huge parks with several smart functions provide a quality, friendly and loveable environment for conscious future home owners while also keeping in mind our responsibility towards the future.

The buildings will be higher than the average for newly built condominium complexes. A variety of 9-storey and 13-storey buildings, offering an extraordinary panoramic view of the Buda Hills, Óbudai-sziget, the Danube and the city, will be available. Apartments are equipped with a ceiling heating and cooling system, 95% of them will have a balcony, and there will be apartments with garden connections as well. Homes will typically have huge glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces. The first phase will include the construction of 267 apartments in 3 buildings, ranging from studio flats of 28 m2 to penthouses of 145 m2 with large terraces. Storage rooms can also be purchased at the parking and living levels.

Parking will be available in the dedicated parking garage. The ground floor will accommodate servicing, catering and commercial units, as well as offices.
